*bump* can anyone comment on this for me? I did try making a group (keep in mind I am still playing with the trial) and created two users, one under registered and one under group 2 (horizon)... horizon has a copied template with horizon info, but i cannot log into the registered section with user 1 where it is assigned, I can only log into horizon with user 2. When i try to log into registered with user 1 i get this error: Invalid Username or Password and it shows horizon in the title bar instead of itechwest. this is the trial desk http://shanebell8502ak.kayakotrial.com/index.php |

okay to access your template groups you would need to go too: http://shanebell8502ak.kayakotrial.c...PNAME&nosave=1 Replace the GROUPNAME with the Custom Template Groupname that you created.
