When I run http://mydomain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser the email gets fetched ok. But what doesnt get send immediately is the autoresponse. Can anybody explain me why and what's wrong? (yes email etc works) I also saw the parser & the other tasks only get executed when someone browses the staff CP. We are just running it internal on the intranet for aswering tickets and viewing the reports with a 2 man staff so thats no option. I added this scheduled task to run every 5 minutes: C:\wget\wget.exe -q -O nul "http://www.domain.com/cron/index.php" But is it now required to disable the POP3/IMAP Fetching task I enabled before? |
