Screens not refreshing properly - 20-03-2008, 09:09 PM

Hi, I had this problem a couple of days ago, but thought the problem had gone away, but its now returned.

When I am logged in to the Staff CP, and in the managing tickets screens, if I click on News, Downloads or Knowledgebase, the screen simply refeshes on Tickets.

Anyone any ideas please?

Clearing the cache ususally works for weird display things.
I get 'undefined' when I click on KB or Troubleshooter sometimes

Admin > Diag > Rebuild Cache
or
Admin > Settings > General > Javascript Cache for Theme Items
Set to yes, update, and then no, update

I cant find Rebuild Cache in the Diagnostics. Am i looking in wrong place?
