When I do an Advanced search in Kayako v3 for the word "barton", I get the following error: Warning: max() [function.max]: Array must contain at least one element in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/supportsuite/modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 785 Warning: min() [function.min]: Array must contain atleast one element in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/supportsuite/modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 786 I tried the same search three times, and each time the error was as above. This has also sporadically occurred when doing advanced searches for other single four to five character words. |

I'm getting this error when I do a "Subject" quicksearch. The other quicksearch's are fine Warning: max() [function.max]: Array must contain atleast one element in /home/www/modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 797 Warning: min() [function.min]: Array must contain atleast one element in /home/www/modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 798 I'm running 3.04.10 |
