You can also look at that staff's work history report. That includes pretty much everything they did of significance, including which tickets they've worked on (right down to the IDs of tickets they've deleted.) Kind of an inobvious method, but it works. I use that to find things I've worked on in the official desk fairly frequently. -------------------------------------------------------------------
