When I composed this and sent it out - it just went to a blank page? I'm guessing it didn't work? Does it work? Love me an eSupport -------------------------------------------- |

Ok it worked, but weird char's such as "Â" showed up in odd places? Also having typed in a url: http://www.domain.com made all text under that linked - not just the domain name. Never seen that before. Just typed a http:// address - not any HTML linking tag? Anyway have issues w/ emailing users? Love me an eSupport -------------------------------------------- |

I have a problem with this as well. Sometimes after clicking Send, I get a blank page. So I don't know whether the reply/forward had actually gone out or if there was a problem with the mail server. The reply does get posted to the ticket but no idea if it ever went out. I've tried this and sometimes I receive the email and sometimes I don't. Does anyone know if problems sending to a mail server is logged anywhere? Such as times when the mail server is down? Is there a log file? |
