I would recommend upgrading to the latest stable version (3.10.02). It has most likely been fixed in this version. I agree. Since v3.00.32 Kayako has undergone numerous changes including bug fixes. It is recommended that you first upgrade your installation to the latest build and check if the issue still persist there on.
