Serious email issues, emails not going to our ticket system

First, why is there no technical support #?
You would expect a company to have some sort of phone support since Chat support is rarely on. I have been trying to connect to General Support while it says "Live Support Online" but when I connect it asks me to leave a message since no one is online.

In any case this is the issue:

Unfortunately there is very little any one can do in here. The issue is with the qmail on the server you are hosted on i.e. server8.kayako.net. You need to contact them to have it fixed. I suggest you email directly to Raghav Arora at raghav[dot]arora[AT]kayako[dot]com or Varun at varun[dot]shoor[AT]kayako[dot]com. Either of them should be able to help you with the issue.
