In the file config\config.php, there is a new entry at line 80 that should read as follows: //define("DEBUGSESSIONEXPIRY", true); This line is commented (disabled) by default. To enable it, remove the two forward slash characters at the beginning ("//"). If you uncomment (enable) this bit of code, the server software will output a diagnostic message each time that a session expiration occurs. This will help to determine the exact cause of the session expiration. After you have enabled this setting, the client application(s) (WinApp, InstaAlert, SyncWorks) will report an error while trying to connect. You should then proceed to the Event Log to read the detailed reason for the session expiration. You will not be able to successfully connect with any of the Kayako client applications while this setting is enabled! It is designed only to output the error message to the client Again, this is only available as of .80 CVS. -------------------------------------------------------------------
