Session Problem between Template Groups

I have several satellite helpdesk setup (Template Groups). The way Kayako works now it does not remember or hold session state info going from one Template group to another.

The answer kayako gave me is to input the "template group url" in the browser each time a user wants to go back and forth to a template group - For me, this is not a good solution.

Has anyone noticed this problem? Any options to change the behavior of the session data?

Would appreciate any comments/suggestions!

Yes,

I have proposed a fix to this in the modifications section of the forum as I noticed this problem as well.

Thanks for the info ibGURU. Hopefully, a fix could come through! Does anyone know if this is something that can be fixed by the user (If running owned lincense)? Waiting for Kayako to do this fix - Well could take a while!
