We are experiencing the session issues. I even just moved our support site to a brand new server thinking it may be a server issue. However, even with a brand new blank install, with no Modernbill integraiton, we get the following error: I already tried setting disablesesisonipcheck = true and get the same result. Keep in mind this is a new install with no mods, right out of the box. [Session Expired Debug]: Unable to find session id in POST, GET or COOKIE variable.. Clearing Out... Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/username/public_html/swift.php:334) in /home/username/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 1617 ================================================ On our original support site we get this error: [Session Expired Debug]: Session type doesnt match.. Current: 40, DB Stored Value: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/username/public_html/includes/functions.php:1385) in /home/username/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 1630 [Session Expired Debug]: Unable to fetch a valid session for session id: 572eb93c2555adb9efda18979af2f51b Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/username/public_html/includes/functions.php:1385) in /home/username/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 1617 ============================================ Current System and Setup: Running PHP Version 5.2.5 Mysql 5 Kayako 3.20.02 Stable I have had a support ticket in for almost a month on this issue without an answer. I need this corrected as it is preventing anyone from logging into our support desk. No support for our customers means lost business!!!! Considering i went almost 8 days without even a status update on an emergency issue in ticket ID ZYN-578287, where should i go to get "official support"? Since i made a big stink out of this, it seems im finally getting support again. Mohit is in communication with me now. However, i would not expect to have to raise cane with any company to get a simple "were working on this, we need more time" put into a ticket on occasion....Letting a ticket rot for 7 days in open status with me as the last replyer is unacceptable. This is an emergency issue as this is preventing anyone from logging into our support system to submit tickets. No support from you = no support from us to our customers = lost business. It looks like they have traced this to a bug in the latest stable build however, im still waiting on a resolution. Hopefully it comes sooner than later. Hi Clifton, I apologise for the delay. I see that a support technician is in correspondence with you now. I will look into why your ticket was waiting for such a long time, as this should not have been the case. -------------------------------------------------------------------
