Setting Default ticket status to "open" - 28-09-2006, 07:58 AM

Hey folks,
How do I set the default ticket status to "open" when client(user) submits a ticket at his side. He is a registered user. At present the default ticket status is empty. I am editing it manually and setting it

Hi,
1) When user creates a new ticket then it is set to "Open" by default.
2) You can set "Default Ticket Status for Client Reply" to "Open" from Admin CP -> Settings -> Tickets.
