| Setting several "On Hold" intervals -

Hello,
is it possible to set up several different time intervals for different support folders? I.e. x days in category 1 and y days in category 2, etc.?
(By "On Hold" interval I mean the time after which customers are notified automatically, if their ticket is set to "On Hold". This also affects the interval after which the tickets are closed automatically,)
