Hi, Im a newbie. I have a problem: Settings are not saving under the settings area in the Admin CP. Everything else seems to work, however when I try to update anything in the tickets, time and date and some other areas, the settings page changes to updated successfully but in internet explorer the status bar displays waiting for http://myhelpdeskurl/admin/index.php. It displays this for about a minute or so then clears but the settings are not saved. Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks |
