Hi, I am installing supportsuite and the setup script is failing on the autosetup stage. After it has sucessfully created the database tables it then produces a blank page with the following message: Module: livesupport (Page 2 of 3) The script then seems to die with no error message. Refreshing the page does nothing. Can anyone help? Many Thanks |

Increasing the memory_limit to 32M in php.ini solved the problem for me (it was at 8M). |
