SEVERE Bug

Hi,

trying to parse POP3 ends in a "memory exhausted" - this is a severe BUG! Kayako shoukd fetch it without an attachment, but it can't be acceptable that a large mail blocks the system. What are you guys programming? no failsafe?

After raising the memory limit to a 100MB (mail size is 8MB) the parser works endless - no parsing.

kayako is USELESS if it does not parse mails - so please: I need a solution as helpdesk is down!

Hi Mark,
The memory limits/fail safe are already in place in Admin CP > Settings > Mail Parser unless you changed that.

If you increase the value in there, you should:

1) Increase memory_limit in php.ini
2) Increase the max_packet_size in my.cnf
