Can esupport show attached images in a ticket in stead of showing as a link? That will save me a lot time.

Hello

If you have HTML enabled for tickets, then your images will be displayed inside the ticket responce providing a link to the image is correct.

I believe this is what you mean, if it is not, please let me know

the image is in the email attachment not being pointed to by a url in the message.
