When we go to a ticket details how do we order the replies so that the last one shows up first?

It's a problem to reply to someone and not be able to see the last reply immediately below.

This was possible with version 2.x but we can't find a way to do it in version 3.

Log in to AdminCP. Go to Settings -> Tickets

Set "Order of Display for Ticket Posts" to "Newest First".

Why didn't I see that before?

Now I face another problem. When we reply to a ticket and close it it doesn't send the ticket link to the customer.

Apparently eSupport only sends the ticket link when the status is Open. Anyway to change this behaviour?
