I am in absolute amazement and the total lack of quality control and attention to detail in this software package! I am recommending to all that 3.04 NOT BE INSTALLED! Attachments are not sending at all! For example, I create a new ticket, send it to myself. I use the Downloads quick insert to select a PDF file I added to the system. I send the e-mail, I get the e-mail but NO ATTACHMENTS!!! I'm using HTML e-mails for tickets. I guess I'll try to find that bug report I made with the persons fix to attachments to see if that resolves this issue. Kayako, you really need to get your act together, this is unacceptable based on all the reports of this issue prior to 3.04's release! Someone was even kind enough to provide you the fix! Do you not read your own bug tracker? |

I changed the code per post #11 in this thread. (line number is 1981 now) Still no change. I then tested manually adding an attachment instead of using the Download quick insert and the attachment DID send. It looks like the Download quick insert is now broken in 3.04. |

Varun, Don't jump the gun, I believe there are two separate issues here. One is the bug and the get_class forcing it to lower case. However, in 3.04, it appears that downloads (attachments) are not being sent when added via the Quick Insert/Downloads menu. I submitted it as a bug several days ago with no response to date. |

Varun, Did you see my response that attachments (line 1981 strtolower issue) is NOT resolved in 3.04.10? the strtolower must move to the front of the methods in line 1981 of functionsmain.php |

I updated to the latest CVS build yesterday, I can't tell you what version I'm running as you don't increment your revisions/builds with CVS. It still shows 3.04.10 but it's a CVS release. Your Quick Insert Downloads are BROKEN AGAIN! Advise me when this is fixed, this is just amazing folks! |
