Nope. We're on the 10/29 CVS build. The predefined answers are broken again. You would have thought Kayako can eliminate this problem if they've had to fix it so often.

This was a bug previously that was fixed, now is broken again. I can use the quick insert/download and I see the file is added to the attachment area, however, the user/recipient never receives the download.

Quick Insert IS working, the attachment is not being sent with the message. Again, this was a prior bug, fixed, then broken in 3.04.10 CVS post STABLE.
