Hi jnet, In a live chat, this is shown at the bottom of the chat window of the staff and user respectivley (when they are typing, that is). -------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a bug and I can confirm it. Clients window does not notify that the Staff User is typing. Hi aartech, We hope to have release candidate builds available soon. I apologise for the delay. We agree that the length of time between releases is too long, and makes it difficult for important fixes such as this to propagate to our customers (who would have to apply patch files, pick out files out of the CVS builds and so on). Therefore, following the upcoming build release, all of our builds and roadmaps will be much shorter and much more frequent.
