Showing Signature when Replying to Ticket - 16-02-2007, 07:13 PM

The way Outlook works is your signature is automatically inserted into your email message and you can edit the entire message including the signature. Is it possible to configure eSupport like this? I really like having a custom signature so I don't have to include the same generic closing with every e-mail, but if I don't see it in the e-mail I risk sending it twice when I'm not thinking very hard... Am I missing this option? Or does this need to be added as a feature request?

Even I like this feature to be included... But requesting KAYAKO is uselss.

As a workaround, create some canned responses (signatures) and add them into the reply instead of the generic signature. Get into the habit of doing it every time when you start your message...

yeah, currently I have:
XXX-Signature-XXX

at the bottom of all of my predefined replies. It'll probably work okay, but this would be nice and easy for Kayako to add.
