Hi Manglio; The small grey "page" icon next to a ticket indicates that there has been a note added to the ticket. The yellow or grey flags next to tickets indicate whether or not a ticket has a new update (yellow) or not (grey). Hope this helps. -------------------------------------------------------------------

The yellow icon does not have a function beyond cosmetics. By "update", I mean a ticket reply (either by staff or by client). Documentation is indeed in production (see the link in my signature), but is not yet complete. However, the ticket interface and everything to do with tickets has been documented and is available in a preview manual in the thread linked below.
