Signature not showing up correctly - 14-06-2007, 03:28 PM

Hello,

I have a problem with the way a staff's signature shows up on a reply to a customer.

On one of our staff's account, I added the following signature
Code:
Best Regards,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Network Design & Development Department
---------------------------------------
CNS - Computer & Network Solutions
Address
tel: xxxxxxxxxx
fax: xxxxxxxxxx
email: xxxxxxxxx
url: xxxxxxxxxx
but when he replies to a customer, his signature is showed up like this:
Code:
Best Regards,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Network Design & Development Department

---------------------------------------

CNS - Computer & Network Solutions

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

tel: xxxxxxxxx

fax: xxxxxxxxxx

email: xxxxxxx

url: xxxxxxxxxxx
As you can see it leaves a blank line after each line of text.

Is there any way to fix this?

Make sure you have not added <br> tags in the signature. That could cause such an issue.

No, I haven't got any tags at all on my signature.

Wierd. In that case it should have worked just fine. We use signatures for our staff replies and they seem to be working without any issues. You might want to clear it up with Kayako.

After changing Settings -> CPU Optimization & Server Settings -> Enable HTML Emails to Yes, everything works fine now
