Signatures in posts

Is there a way to eliminate staff signatures from entering into the post. For example, if a staff member posts a reply to a ticket, his reply and signature gets added to the ticket. This adds a lot of overhead. Can this be fixed?

Hi Siora,

A staff can stop their signature from being appended to ticket replies under a staff user's preferences.

Where? I don't see that option. I want my staff to have signatures so that when an email is sent to the user, the live support icon shows up but I don't need the signature within the post.

I'm afraid there is no way to disable ticket reply signatures only for the staff interface.
