simple Q- order of chat history in ticket view - 04-07-2008, 07:27 AM

Hi sorry for this simple question , could not find it

when you view a ticket you have all sort of buttons and on the right you
have "chat" which shows chat history.

Do not know what I can do to arrange the order so that the news history is on the top
.
