Can any body explain what it is? Also when I send my staffs the program to install it at their computer should I send both programs in my livesupport folder? |

It is a SIP softphone. It allows you to connect to a SIP (VoIP) server and make calls from your PC, within the LiveResponse desktop application. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, you do - Purchase Pricing. This covers the cost of the addon for one PC. You need to already have an SIP service of your own in order to use it; we do not provide the SIP service. -------------------------------------------------------------------
