Simple Q2 permission to delete ticket

I am admin

but when I go to delete a ticket I see this

Error deleting the ticket post. Make sure that the ticket post is not the first post and that you have permission to delete it

Deleting a ticket from the ticket list or you are trying to delete the ticket from the ticket view page?
