simple question what are these softwares - 26-03-2008, 12:33 PM

sorry guys just very curious and a little confused
I have supportsuite

in my package I can see

instaalert
kayakomobile
syncworks
livesupport

Can I use all of them or do I need to pay extra for some of them?

second question
livesupport is the chat software , Can I send it to all those who work in my support department to download it?

You have to pay extra for these (you already have livesupport if you purchased the full Supportsuite and there is a free limited version of instaalert)

InstaAlert - This is used for notifying staff of new tickets. It is free for any amount of machines to use but you need to purchase a licence on a per-machine basis for the Pro functionality (showing departments and how many tickets are in each department).

WinApp - This is used to answer customers when they come onto live help. This is free to use on unlimited machines.

SyncWorks - This requires a licence for each machine. It syncronises the Teamwork stuff (contacts, tasks, etc) into Outlook.

Voice Chat is not currently possible with users. You can purchases licences of the SIP addon however to make phone calls.
