InstaAlert - This is used for notifying staff of new tickets. It is free for any amount of machines to use but you need to purchase a licence on a per-machine basis for the Pro functionality (showing departments and how many tickets are in each department). WinApp - This is used to answer customers when they come onto live help. This is free to use on unlimited machines. SyncWorks - This requires a licence for each machine. It syncronises the Teamwork stuff (contacts, tasks, etc) into Outlook. Voice Chat is not currently possible with users. You can purchases licences of the SIP addon however to make phone calls.
