Simpler Alternatives??

When i started using SupportSuite , i really liked the comprehensive feature set and i hoped that we would grow into using all of its capabilities.

But our current needs dont really require a system like SupportSuite , especially with all the hassles and nuances of supporting it. Having to setup myown cron script to get tickets sent to me is the last straw. Its sort of reminds me of owning a jet aircraft when all i really need is to buy an airline ticket every few months. By owning this Jet, i need to have someone on staff to fly it every few days or the engines wont start when you really need it. Its like i need another support staff to deal with the support system.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a system like SupportSuite but that are simpler to maintain? I see that there are many out there but i dont want to spend another month sorting thought all the issues.

-I want something that works well with IMAP based email.
-Responds immediately to user requests.
-Has an option for dealing with spam.
-Have a login link in the ticket that gets sent to the admin.

I hope that we eventually have the needs for a system like SupportSuite
