simpler software description - 29-06-2006, 01:01 AM

I am new to hosting (I am an application developer) but I am setting up a hosting environment for my applications. It is not a typical hosting environment but I need some support systems in place.

The trouble is that I cannot understand what each of the software does (the website is very cryptic to me).

Can anyone please describe the purpose of the following software in laypersons terms? ("integrated Multi-Channel solution" just doesn't work for me)

SupportSuite

eSupport

LiveResponse

SyncWorks

InstaAlert

SMS Gateway
