SIP Addon Where is the info? - 16-05-2007, 02:15 AM

How im suppose to buy something if i cannot find what it is and how it works? There is not info at all not on Kayako Website not on the Forum. I know the SIP addon enables somehow a VOIP service with the Chat.
But can someone explain:

How it works?
Wich provides of VOIP do i need?
How does it work with the client and me?
Where do i find some info about this?
