| SIP not connect -

Hi,
I have one IP PABX and work only using my softphone or my ATA.
I need use SIP in LiveSupport more SIP not work.
My version is SupportSuite 3.1.1.36 STABLE
I setup same data from my softphone or ATA to LiveSupport SIP and not work.
I receive msgs:
[Registration Error: ERROR] (04:11:57): Cause: network timeout. Line URI: sip:2001@sip.itmnetworks.com.br
[Initialized: OK] (07:11:50): VoIP subsystem initialized.
[Uninitialized: OK] (07:11:49): VoIP subsystem uninitialized.
[Registration Error: ERROR] (04:11:33): Cause: network timeout. Line URI: sip:2001@sip.itmnetworks.com.br
[Initialized: OK] (07:11:25): VoIP subsystem initialized.
How can to resolve this ?
