Unhappy SLA change - 07-05-2006, 07:52 PM

Can I change SLA for ticket somehow?
I mean I have a ticket with sla: 1 and whant to change it's sla to sla: 2
How can I do this?

When viewing the ticket, you can change the SLA Plan using the menu on your left. However, I have not found a way to take a ticket out of the SLA Plan again, you can only switch between the different plans once you assigned an SLA Plan. Perhaps an issue for Kayako to look into?
