SLA to send alert to a pager? - 20-02-2006, 01:30 AM

Has anyone figured out a way to create a SLA that will send an email alert to a pager?

For example, if somone marks a ticket as "Emergency", I want it to immediately send an email to my pager.

From I can see

You would need to create an account for your pager with your pagers email address, login as the pager as it were.. Tickets > Alerts > Insert New Alert and setup 'New ticket' and priority as Emergency. As the rules bind to the logged in user, this is the only way I can see it happening
