SLA's screwed up! - 26-04-2006, 09:48 PM

I have a 24 hour SLA but new tickets are showing due 3 days May 1st!!! I think there is a major date parser issue between UK bass akward dates and US format!

In case you still haven't figured it out, the SLA is calculated based on your SLA schedule (on the working hours). So if you enter the default due time being in 24 hours, this will not mean 1 day, but 3 days, if you work 8 hours a day.
