Slow attachments

We've noticed a real slow down in receiving attachments from the kayako server. The support site itself is fast and we find oepning a file from our downloads area is fast. This makes me think it's an issue getting the attachment from the mysql database. Tried rebooting the server and optomized the attachment tables. Any ideas?

I noticed similar behaviour. Our attachment table is almost 2BG size and getting attachment from database is painfuly slow. So I switched from database to store attachment on filesystem and it's pretty fast again.

There is something wrong with large attachment table. Maybe missing index or something, don't know.
