A couple days ago our SMS stopped sending text messages when new tickets arrive. This has happened a couple times before. Is there anything I can do to help resolve this issue, or is this out of my hands? PS: I'm running 3.00.33 and haven't touched any configs for a month. |

HI we had the same problem, support passed it on to clickatell (sms gateway people), Ours stopped working on the 10th we have tested every day since and today it is all working fine. Try again now Richard |

It went up for a day, and then it stopped working. SMS is still broken. WOW. |
