SMS issues

Anyone else not receiving SMS messages properly? My SMS stopped working as of Yesterday. I have hundreds of credits remaining, and SMS history does not show any updates failed or successful.

When I post a manual SMS request, I receive an error:

http://master.kayako.net/gateway.php...er=phonenumber

Send Failed, Core Error:ERR

Could be an issue with Clickatell, contact Kayako Support by creating a ticket from the Members Area. They should be able to assist you with the issue.

Yes, I did create a ticket.. received the standard "we are looking into it" answer..

I was trying to determine if it was local, or if anyone else was also experiencing the issue.

For anyone relying on Kayako for SMS messages, you may want to reconsider an alternate provider. SMS messaging has been down for me for 3 days.

Response today from Kayako:
"Hi,
Sorry for the delays. We had some issues with the SMS gateway and it will be resolved later today.

We apologize for the inconvenience."

This is unacceptable when you run a 24/7 helpdesk.

An option would be that you yourself get an account with Clickatell or any other provider and use your username/password in the software source code. An example can be found at -- Sending SMS with another provider (other than clickatell) - i have the code

I am sorry about this - we are having problems interfacing our gateway to Clickatell's - we hope to have this resolved today.
