SMTP with the following Exchange box?

I've been trying to set up successful SMTP authentication to an Exchange server, and nothing worked until a thread here hit me in the face and I went and looked at the EHLO statements and find the supported authentication methods. Here is what I see:

250-TURN
250-SIZE
250-ETRN
250-PIPELINING
250-DSN
250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
250-8bitmime
250-BINARYMIME
250-CHUNKING
250-VRFY
250-X-LINK2STATE
250-XEXCH50
250 OK

It is missing the AUTH or AUTH NTLM here; will Kayako work this way or are we missing something?

Exchange generally works without hassles, the Exchange 2007 kerberos bug aside. It's probably best if you open a support ticket.
