Hi all, I'm trying to work through an issue and haven't been able to figure it out... We're on Windows 2003 server. PHP info is here: http://207.106.214.158/info.php We have an email queue setup using pop3. We have our Admin > Settings > CPU OPtimization and Server Settings set with SMTP turned "on." Here's what's happening: If I turn SMTP "off" altogether and somebody registers for our site, they'll get the validation email (PHP Mail sends it correctly) but it always gets flagged as spam. If I turn SMTP "on" and turn "Use SMTP Authentication" off, the mail still works but gets flagged as spam. If I turn "Use SMTP Authentication" on, I put in my credentials and the validation mail never gets sent at all. In fact, no mail gets sent once I turn validation on. I have, of course tried every combination of user name and password (we know our usernames and passwords) and they don't seem to work. How do I send mail using SMTP or PHP mail without everything being flagged as junk? Thank you, Gino |

yes, that's what I was told. So am I to understand that Kayako only supports PHP4 in a Windows environment but there are vulnerabilities? Bascially that means if I want to use this product, I have to do so insecurely? That sounds like Windows users are being hogtied a little bit... Gino |
