And again you feel the need to take another dig at Kayako. Pathetic.

LOL - Kay-hack-o has been infested in many customers skin for years now, it's a burning sensation that just won't go away!

Craig your cheerleader posting can really stop any day now. Lay down your pom poms already! Now when is 3.11.02 going to release to rid the bugs introduced in 3.11.00 "stable" (laugh)? And why is the announcements post still showing 3.11.00 as the latest stable when it's not?

I dont understand why your gripes have to be so public to be honest, sure there are bugs in kayako, just like there are bugs in windows, office, photoshop, MYSql the list goes on, thats what the development cycle is all about. I would be a very happy man if someone would invent a programming language or methodolgy that eliminated bugs, but its just not going to happen.

Regards

Regardless of that Scott, I consider (as do many others) that 3.11.01 the best release to date. Lots of work has been put into it and it has been well worth it.

That should be the other way around NC. It is you that needs to stop publically bashing Kayako at every opportunity.

Well, this is how forums tend to work.

The latest post is shown in this column. The title of the column says: "Latest Post". Because the latest update has been made to this thread pointing users to the new build, this thread is showing up here.

No, I posted a follow-up to the 3.11.00 thread, which is why it appears as the latest thread

No, the latest post for that board is the one which you see in that column. The latest thread date is a different matter, and is not shown in this column.

Ryan replied to the .00 thread after making the 3.11.01 announcement, this making the .00 thread the one with the latest post. We could indeed bump the thread to correct this, but I do not want to send a bump message out to 100s of subscribers.

Also, most people read the announcements in the board rather than the title of the last updated thread in this small area - so no worried with regard to misinformation.
