I've solve the following issue but I'm not sure yet how to implement it into Kayako. When Eudora receives an email with an attachment from Kayako the attachment is not being decoded. I didn't see it in the bug tracker, so I submitted it - unless it has already been done and dealt with? http://bugs.kayako.net/index.php?do=details&id=1203 However I'm still seeing the same problem with my newly installed test system. |
