| Some autoresponders do not contain login information -

Does anyone noticed the following strange sitiaution?
Some autoresponders do not contain Email and Password. Not for the tickets sent from Web not for Email tickets. For LoginShare accounts in 100% of incoming autoresponders the login information is missed. I thought first that this problem is only with LoginShare and not-registered emails and that Email and Password are included only for manually registered accounts. But later I tried to send the Ticket by Email first time from unregistered email and got autoresponder with Password and Email. Second time with another unregistered account I got autoresponder without Email and Password. So the situation is that some users get autoresponders with login information and some without. Very-very strange situation and I can not catch the bug. Where the problem may be?
