As compare to our old ticket system (Supporttrio), Is there any way to set esupport so that i can have ticket status change to viewed()created this status myself) automatically after each satff replied? As I think last replier and last staff reply is unclear if i need to see both to know the ticket status .Is this related to to flag function? since i see those flag change but i not sure what will make this happen and how to set it to meet my purpose. |
