Hi there, Normally when I open a ticket the latest response from the user is at the bottom, is there any way that when opening a ticket, it can automatically put the latest reponse at the top, so to stop me keep pressing down arrow etc? I had a quick look in the settings on the admin cp but couldnt find anything helpfull.
