1. Have your mail run through an email account with spam protection on. FuseMail is very good in this area. 2. For anything that slips through the net, setup a parser rule to dump the mail. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Just search for spam token lists. Here's an example: Spam Words WordPress Codex The more of those you find, the better the suit of armor you can build from them. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Its a paid service, but we use it. Use Spamarrest. There we added our pop3 mailaccounts and each new mail must verified by the sender (or you can verify it as well). All verfied sender emails will be put into your inbox. Then i just changed the Username and Password from my mailaccounts to my spamarrest account details, and all emails without spam go through straight into the heldesk. 100% Spam Free. |

If you're willing to look into paid services, another high quality performer is "Akismet", which is the anti-spam stuff in WordPress (it's turned off by default, which is why there are so many WordPress blogs out there with spam problems; it actually works very well.) If you're looking for free solutions, I've heard very good things about SpamAssasin. -------------------------------------------------------------------
