Spell Checker error

Since upgrading to 3.11.01 the spell checker on our install seems to be broken. By the looks of it is looking for a file but cannot find it. I imagine its an easy fix. Any ideas?

Try installing http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.36.exe and see if that sorts it.

I was already running that version. I have however reinstalled but sadly the problem still exists.

Submit it at http://bugs.kayako.com so that the developers will see it and get it fixed ASAP. Remember to post back here with a link to the bug so it ties the two up.

Hi,

I had the same problem, are you using Windows?

If so follow these instructions:

You have to do some scary stuff with command execution permissions.

It is obviously still a bug though as it should work without.
