| New Member Posts: 22 Join Date: Jun 2005 | We are using the hosted version of the software. When email goes out via PHPMail() I assume it is going via that server it is on? We do not want to use an email gateway right now to send mail, no need to as the system seems to be working. However, there is the issue of spam. We control our own DNS as most do. What are the entries we need to add to our SPF record to make sure that our emails from the Hosted version don't get flagged as spam. |

We have exactly the same problem with the hosted version, as we have most of our clients setup with good spam protection their systems check the spf record matchs the sender. As helpserve are sending the email on our behalf it is rejected by most spam filters including hotmail. I have sent a support request and am awaiting a reply, if anyone else has any suggestions please let me know |
