Jamie,

I paid for my support & upgrade protection six months back, no major release has been released since then and I had been waiting for a stable release which would work with WHMCS and today my support has expired.

I'm not willing to pay for another support renewal as even the last one has not been able to provide me with a stable release, how can you sort out this issue for me ?

Wipl: I think the majority of people here would agree the same - what HAVE we been paying support and maintenance for for the last 6 months?

3.11 was a very poor release, caused a lot of problems for a lot of people and since there has been virtual silence, support tickets go unanswered / closed at will.

I think perhaps that as v4 is in development they have not been putting as much effort as they should in fixing what they broke.

I remember somewhere Varun or Jamie replied saying that the users will get a free upgrade who have renewed their contract within last few months, Are we counted in Jamie.??. I just need a stable release to work with my WHMCS install and I can live with it for now.

Seems kind of disorganized doesnt it? I mean you have a new release coming out yet anything that was fixed and downloadable from the forums is not included?

Jamie,

Here's something to help you understand why the people who use Kayako feel cheated :

Which shows not even a single stable release in last 7 months, can you explain me briefly why do we pay you people for 6 month's upgrades and where that money is utilized ?

Hi Neal,

At present it looks like the stable will be released next week. This may change between now and then, however.

I can explain it. Its because they have one programmer and because his off doing something more important then you have the fashion police left to strutt their stuff by trying to shut everyone up with pathetic one liners.

See Jamies continual responses. YAWN! are you sick of his canned responses yet?
